Luck is on Our Side

It looks like our luck is changing, Drew is doing well this round. He is tired from the pain medication, but we have been able to keep him at home so far. He is drinking around 20 oz a day, which is enough to keep him hydrated. He is not eating any food, but that is to be expected. His is in great spirits, chasing Jack around the house and tackling him. He started his shots on Saturday, and takes them like a champ. He barely cries at all. Tony and I are so proud of him. He is so incredible strong, sometimes I wonder where he gets all that strength.

Jack has been such a great big brother. He call him little scrounge, because Drew is always tries to drink and eat his food. Anytime Drew cries Jack runs over and says, "It's ok little Scrounge, big brother is here. It'll be ok. I love you Drewbug." Words cannot describe the pride we have in Jack. He is amazing, and we love him so much.

Thank you everyone for all your love and support through this difficult process. We appreciate it so much. The prayers are working, and Drew is getting better. We look forward to the day when we can celebrate his recovery with everyone.
